We have worked along side Josh & Ash from the initial design enquiry to build completion. Josh is very proactive and reactive to all customer questions from the initial enquiry, ensuring the client is updated on every stage of the design even before the build commences. During the build correspondence is a must for clients, and Josh is 100% there for every question and minor details the client asks, reassuring for the client who is having their dream built. The quality and detail of their work is excellent, a "builder" who can actually read drawings and comfortably communicate with other professionals involved behind the scenes. As most people know there is always apprehension and anxiety with building work which is why I chose Off-Market due to the recommendations I had in person. Ash was very professional and hard working. He came to have a look and assess what was needed. He then gave me a quote and a date and time of when the job could be done. He arranged for all of the stock to be delivered before the job start date.
